The Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel consists of 70 rooms. Standard Rooms, Junior Suites, Longevity Suites make up the accommodation offering. Each room and suite feature a private balcony, varying sizes with outdoor furniture. Relax inside or out after and get valuable rest at the end of the day.









About Matt Huy & Saz Newman
Matt Huy, MSc is an American-born, UK-based teacher with 18 years' experience teaching yoga. With a Master's in Health & Exercise Science, he also teaches anatomy and physiology on several teacher training programmes nationally and internationally. He is the co-author The Physiology of Yoga, a comprehensive book that examines how yoga affects the different systems of the body. His classes are dynamic and challenging without being rushed or overly complex. He has a speciality in teaching inversions and arm balances.
Originally from France, Saz Newman brings a lot of love, passion and smiles to every class. Wanting to share the sense of peace and happiness that yoga has brought to her from practicing yoga over 20 years, she teaches as an act of service to others and to make a difference to people’s lives. Her infectious enthusiasm will inspire you while she provides a space for students to look after themselves, strengthen their bodies and find a sense of peace and balance. Students in her classes regularly comment on how empathetic and approachable she is.
Partners in life and in business, Matt and Saz make a great duo, offering a variety of yoga styles including vinyasa, hatha, Ashtanga, yin and restorative, and skills that complement each other.
