Join Jade for a 2-night Pilates & Yoga Retreat at the stunning Champneys Tring, spa resort.
The epitome of English countryside charm, the grand Hertfordshire estate is perched on the edge of the rolling Chiltern Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty, set in 170 acres of idyllic Hertfordshire countryside. Champneys Tring is the original spa influencer, the resort that started it all.
Jade would be honoured to hold this space for you, whilst you escape from the stresses & distractions of everyday life & take time to restore your health & wellbeing.
Sessions will take place in the beautiful, tranquil workshop space, where Jade will guide you through Pilates and Yoga sessions suitable for all levels. She will also have a Reformer Pilates Session on the new Reformers at Tring.
In resort make a splash the swimming pool, stargaze in the outdoor Jacuzzi, drift off on the heated water beds or stroll through the gardens for a mindful moment.
All of the rooms are light and airy, with countryside views and comfy beds dressed in the finest linen to help soothe you into a peaceful slumber.
The philosophy is simple; at Champneys, it’s all about healthy, delicious and beautiful food.
