Join Jackie & Lou this 5 night luxurious Yoga Retreat in Turkey. You will be taken through exploration of movement in Pilates, Yoga and Aerial in the beautiful and well equipped studio overlooking the stunning views of Gocek.

This retreat is suitable for everyone, whether you are new to these practises or experienced, and it gives you the opportunity to learn new skills and / or deepen your practise and knowledge, whilst meeting friendly like-minded people.

There will be 3 sessions per day, an aerial Yoga, a Pilates class and a Yoga class. Our first session will be yoga at 17:00 on Saturday, we will then sit down together for a delicious evening meal.

Each morning Jackie will guide you through Aerial Yoga technique before breakfast, Lou will then take you through a Pilates class at around 11am each day leaving the middle of the day at your own leisure to read a book, sit by the pool or explore the local area of Gocek. Each evening at 17:00 Jackie and Lou will take you through a gentle Yoga practice and meditation followed by dinner at around 7:30pm.

Retreat Location

D´Sage Göcek is located in a peaceful rural spot, yet it is only a five-minute drive from the centre of Göcek, a renowned chic yachting resort on a beautiful bay, with good restaurants, bars and shopping.  Staying at the D’Sage Göcek is a welcoming experience in a warm, family atmosphere. With only nine rooms, it is small enough to feel intimate without lacking privacy. It is surrounded by bird song, with cooling breezes from the sea during the day and from the mountains at night. 
  Jackie is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor with over 20 years of practice and 7 years of teaching yoga trapeze. Her journey began with a deep love for traditional yoga, and she has since evolved into a dedicated practitioner and teacher of aerial yoga, finding joy in combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in unique ways. Jackie’s teaching style is centered on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore and deepen their practice. She believes in the power of yoga to heal and transform, and her classes are designed to inspire students to embrace both their physical and mental potential. With a deep commitment to continuous learning, Jackie integrates various yoga styles and modalities into her teaching, from Hatha and Vinyasa to the fun and dynamic movements of yoga trapeze. Her approach is grounded in alignment, breath, and mindfulness, offering students a holistic practice that encourages not only physical growth but also mental clarity and emotional balance.   Following their success in hosting a Retreat in Spain together, Jackie has teamed up with Lou, a Yoga & Pilates instructor with over 20 years experience of teaching. Lou's sessions will focus on centering and alignment in both Yoga & Pilates. So whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply find a sense of peace and relaxation, Jackie’s and Lou's Retreat will provide a space for growth, exploration, and empowerment.
