The Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel consists of 70 rooms. Standard Rooms, Junior Suites, Longevity Suites make up the accommodation offering. Each room and suite feature a private balcony, varying sizes with outdoor furniture. Relax inside or out after and get valuable rest at the end of the day.









About Amy-Jo Glover
Amy-Jo Glover is a lover of all things yoga, inspired by her travels through India, she learnt the importance of the different ancient forms of the practice. She was taught the healing benefits that yoga can bring for both the mind and the body and seeks to teach her learned knowledge to others. Amy has taken to practice yoga that both combines her more dynamic style of yoga, alongside the therapeutic and remedial aspects of Yin and Restorative. Through her adaptation of different forms of yoga, her classes are a transformative journey that will reconnect to your body and mind.
