Join Lou for this 4 night luxurious Yoga & Pilates Retreat on the outskirts of Marrakesh. You will be taken through exploration of movement in Pilates & Yoga on the beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountain. The Retreat is open to all levels.

There will be 2 classes each day.

The first class will be at 5pm on Wednesday evening followed by a delicious evening meal.

In-between classes, you have free time to relax and enjoy the facilities, or perhaps explore the local surroundings and what it has to offer with our optional excursions to the Medina, Atlas Mountains or Desert Camel trekking.

Retreat Location

Relaxation is the speciality of this calming oasis a 15-minute drive from, but seemingly a world away, bustling Marrakesh. Made up of five sand-hued villas and three eco-villa suites sprinkled around 3.5 acres of rose-filled gardens, this boutique complex promises pure relaxation and rejuvenation. Pebble pathways lead to the superbly appointed individual villas and suites, all of them designed to allow guests to be as private or social as they wish.

Classes and practices are held outdoors in the scented grounds, and guests can also avail themselves of the outdoor pool, spa, hammam and the many seats and hammocks around the property. Our Retreats include breakfast and a 3 course dinner,  a lunch and snack menu is also available with authentic North African dishes prepared using fresh local ingredients by the resident chef.

When it comes to exploring, there are a number of excursions available to book outside of the Retreat sessions including a trip to Marrakesh’s souks, while the nearby Atlas Mountains draw guests with their peaceful hiking trails, waterfalls, and Berber villages.

  Lou is delighted to be returning to host her 4 night Marrakesh Pilates & Yoga Retreat for the third consecutive year! Lou has been teaching for over 20 years, many of which overseas in the sunshine, which she does tend to miss now living back in the UK! Therefore this Retreat will take you to this oasis of calm and relaxation, with the beautiful backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Both the Pilates & Yoga sessions will be tailored to the group and open to all levels. Lou's approach to Yoga & Pilates is from a physical connection, specialising in posture, alignment and core work throughout.
