It is a very popular holiday and lifestyle destination, hosting a great range of local treasures. The Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel consists of 70 rooms. Standard Rooms, Junior Suites, Longevity Suites make up the accommodation offering. Each room and suite feature a private balcony, varying sizes with outdoor furniture. Relax inside or out after and get valuable rest at the end of the day. 
Standard room at Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel Standard Room Simple yet elegant, all Standard rooms are located on the first and second floor and feature a partial sea view or countryside view. Floor area: 20-30m² / 248 sq ft  
Longevity room at Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel Longevity Room Each of the Longevity Rooms are located on all three floors of the hotel. They feature beautiful panoramic sea views on the Bay or countryside over to the mountains.  Floor area: 26-38m² / 280 sq ft   
  Junior Suite at Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel   Junior Suite Located on all three floors of the hotel, they have a separate sitting area within the room. Get to enjoy the views across the bay or countryside, from the large private balcony. Floor area: 42-56m² / 452 sq ft  
  Longevity Suite at Longevity Health and Wellness Hotel Longevity Suite Located higher in the building, these Longevity Suites are more spacious. Relax inside in the separate sitting area from the bedroom, or enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the sea from the private balcony. Floor area: 56-77m² / 603 sq ft    
Longevity 'the one' suiteLongevity 'The One' Suite This luxurious suite will give you all the relaxation needed. They feature it’s own infrared sauna over the sea views, with a bubble bathtub and sensorial shower. A separate sitting and dining, with an option of adding a connecting standard room. About Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD

Dr Marilyn Glenville Dr Glenville is the UK’s leading nutritionist specialising in women’s health and the menopause with over thirty-five years of clinical experience in nutritional medicine. She is the and former President of the Food and Health Forum at the Royal Society of Medicine, a nutritionist, psychologist, author and popular broadcaster who obtained her doctorate from Cambridge University. Helen Ford BA Hons, Dip ION, mBANT, CNHC

Helen Ford Helen Ford is a nutritionist and member of both the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. Since her training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, she has spent fifteen years working for Dr Glenville at The Glenville Nutrition Clinic where she is currently Head Nutritionist. Her expertise lies in female health issues relating to menopause, perimenopause, osteoporosis, pregnancy, fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, digestive health and the many ways that nutrition can be used to treat these conditions to improve the health of her patients. A lifelong foodie, Helen is constantly devising new nutritionally beneficial recipes and is always eager to share her knowledge of how the healing power of food can help to improve the health of women everywhere.
You will absolutely love the healthy food and drinks prepared especially for you by the club’s expert and health-conscious chefs using local fresh products. Food will include a half board of a mixture of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Incorporating healthy, local Mediterranean cuisine with fish and chicken into your day is the perfect chance to intertwine a nutrition friendly diet into your yoga experience.
